Our process
For a new system, we start by looking at your home: its size, insulation, windows, existing ductwork and the furnace the air conditioner will share a blower with. An oversized unit cools too fast and leaves the air damp, and an undersized one runs all afternoon. We recommend the Lennox model that fits, give you a free estimate, and install it cleanly, including the refrigerant lines, electrical connection, condensate drain and thermostat.
For repairs, we diagnose the cause first, whether that is a failed capacitor, a refrigerant leak, a frozen coil or a blocked drain, and explain the fix before we start. For maintenance, we clean and inspect the outdoor and indoor units, check refrigerant and electrical components and confirm the system is running efficiently before the warm season.
